1-Minute Demo Reel (Comedy)
If you need a lovable loser, quirky/weird one, or comic relief in an otherwise dramatic show — that’s me! I love doing comedy, making others laugh, and improvising to elevate the scene’s humor even more. I’ve been called “adorkable”.
1-Minute Demo Reel (Misc Theatrical)
In this reel, watch me be a lead detective in interrogation scene, sweet intelligent guy on blind date, and delusional patient in mental facility.

Writing Journey
My Origin Story
I began writing fiction more than 25 years ago. At first it was just a passion and hobby, but after doing it “just for fun” for 15 years, I decided, “hey, what if I tried selling these stories?”
I’m sure some of it was lucky timing, but I tried self-publishing a short story (about 30 pages) simply as practice to learn how to create and self-publish an ebook for the first time. Well, that little “practice” ebook started bringing in $200-$300 a month all by itself, without me spending a dime on advertising. So I quickly wrote and self-published a handful of other short stories for my fast-growing fan base. In a matter of just 2 months, I went from “what if I tried this” to making my entire living as full-time author.
Well, technically 2 months plus 15 years of prior writing experience. 😉 They say every overnight success was 10 years in the making. In my case, it took 15 years. I wonder if it could’ve happened five years sooner, if I had just tried. So lesson learned: always go for your dreams. You never know what’s possible or what’ll happen until you actually try.
My success as a self-published author led to me being hired to write for others too. And the passive income I received from book royalties enabled me to afford to live in Los Angeles without needing a side job, which allowed me to fully dive into and focus on my other passions too: acting and directing!
Here’s some highlights:
Best-Selling Sci-Fi/Fantasy Author
Over 1 million total words published across 50+ shorts, novellas, and novels (and counting). I specialize in page-turning, character-driven, emotionally-satisfying stories that often feature magical transformations, unforgettable sci-fi/fantasy adventures, and heartfelt, passionate romances.
Award-Winning Screenwriter
Commissioned to write multiple short films for various directors and producers. A recent commission (that was produced on a micro budget) hit over 1 million views on YouTube. Other films I’ve written have gone on to win several top awards, including “Best Dramatic Film” and others.
Experienced Story Editor
I’ve also worked as a story editor on a 30-episode sketch comedy series. Freelancers from across the country submitted spec scripts that varied wildly in page length, required cast size, location, and production budget. It was my responsibility to take the producer’s favorite comedy scripts and elevate them even further, while simultaneously adapting them to meet the practical needs and limitations of our schedule and budget.
Directing Experience
Mission
I feel there’s too much pain, loneliness, and sadness in the world. I want to make people feel good. As a multimedia storyteller (tv/film director, actor, writer, producer), I can magically transport people to another world, take them on a meaningful emotional journey, make them laugh and cry, provide catharsis and connection, inspire their imaginations, and more. Through multimedia entertainment, I can put more light, love, and laughter into the world.
Specialty
That’s why, as a filmmaker, I specialize in comedies, feel-good dramas with positive/inspirational messages, and character-driven sci-fi/fantasy adventures that combine heart, character growth, and awe-inspiring imaginary worlds.
Directing Style
I’m an “actor’s director” — as an actor myself, I know first-hand how their creative process works. I’ve helped actors deliver emotionally powerful performances that even they didn’t know they were capable of. I know how to empower my team, create a safe, fun, and collaborative environment, and inspire and bring out the best in everyone in every department.
There’s no ego here. As a director, it’s my job to help us collectively tell the best story possible, on budget and on time. I know how to clearly and effectively communicate what I want and need. And at the same time, I also listen to my team’s input and create opportunities for them to pitch ideas on how to make the scene or film even better, in alignment with that vision.
The Future
I’m always learning, growing, and self-improving. Growth is a never-ending process. In the past, I’ve written, directed, and produced award-winning short films on essentially a “zero” budget. I’ve worked on set, both as an actor and a crew member, on a variety of both independent and mainstream productions of all budget levels.
Now, as I look to the future, I’m excited about the emergence of virtual production. I don’t have any experience working on a virtual production set yet, but that’s next on my list. It’s going to be a huge part of the future of filmmaking. And I want to be a part of it.
Love to Collaborate
I’m an entrepreneur, independent filmmaker, successful author, talented actor, and more. I sometimes produce my own projects. I often collaborate with and join on other teams too. And even if I can’t help out directly, I love referring talented people I know who may be exactly what you need.
If I can help you on your project somehow, please let me know. I’m here to help.
Let’s make movie magic — and make the world a better place in the process.
